Day 9-

Finally! I am back down from my cheating.. lol! Now I need to loose more. I get so.excited seeing the scale go lower and lower. I am even more excited about how much better I feel and how much energy I have!

I have been busy busy busy. Still organizing since switching rooms. My sons room is all done, and very organized! Mine.. not so much! I take care of my son all day. So I'm either cleaning while holding him.. or cleaning while he plays or sleeps. All and all I get a lot accomplished most days! Even fussy days like this! Not to mention going up and down stairs all day long to move stuff is a work out! Well for me it is ;) haha.

I ate not so healthy today.. it seems like everytime I see a lower number I think its my excuse to eat eat eat! Hopefully I won't be trying to loose back to this mornings weight tomorrow!

I had some eggs and a pancake this morning. Made two and couldnt even eat them.. snacked on carrots all day. And had two small pieces of thin crust pizza and four wings. Yum!

Hope the scale goes down not up :)

Day 8-

Today flew by. I even forgot to eat.. yep.. on my diet they want you to eat 6 small meals a day... well I didn't.. I snacked on carrots here and there but nothing major.. probably had 10 all day ( baby carrots..) and for dinner a tiny portion of deer meat.. I have to eat more tomorrow...

I worked my butt off today though.. moving all my stuff down stairs. All thanks to amazing friends.. it was alot of work but a great work out :)

Day eight in my eyes was a success.

Day 5-7

I know I know I said I would do it everyday... but hey! Lol baby makes me busy :)

I forgot to do measurement.. oops;) lol but decided I would do measurements every wensday instead of everyday but will still blog my weight everyday and everything else..

I have been off my diet. Yep! Still... but I cut out my soda again the day before yesterday.. I have been eating some stuff I am not suppose to.. but I am okay with that.. I really need to get motivated again.. I gained on my cheating spree but after actually thinking about it I have lost a lot this week.. I need to stop being so hard on myself.. I took me almost three years to put on this extra weight. It's gonna take awhile to take it off.. I don't have a particular weight in mind. I'm just ready to feel better about my body. Oh and it would be nice to feel good in a two piece in June... haha.

As of yesterday I have been on the new pills and "dieting" for a week. I had lost about 6 pounds, but unfortunately gained back two and in my disappointment I started to eat unhealthy. But I screwed my head back on and lost one. So back to my diet, and adding in more exercise because I have been telling myself cleaning my house was enough... haha. That's the lazy Cortney talking..

So day 8! It's time to take this a bit more serious....

Day 3-

This blog will be so short.. I write all my info on my phone when I weigh myself and take measurements in the morning... and my phone had to be reset and erased...

Weight:154.4

I cheated alll day long no diet at all... its Saturday, hey I can have one day.. and surprisingly I got on the scale tonight and weighed a whopping 154.5... seriously! I have been eating rabid food and I eat junk and gain .1 pound... but I won't complain... haha

10- took my pill, drank a coke, ate Bacon and eggs.

1- went to the mall and walked and shopped.. ate Chinese food. Orange chicken, Lo main.. and a lot of its.. had a coke..

Wasn't hungry for dinner... drank a coke.... lol...

Let's see what the scale says in the morning.......

Day 2-

Weight: 156

Measurements-
Waist: 36"

(Measured and weighed 9am)


-Schedule-
9am- took my Phentermine. Weighted, and took measurements.

10am-1pm- did my running around, shopping etc. While driving I had a handful of mixed nuts.

2pm- grilled chicken sandwich from chickfila. I ate 3 bites with the bread. Then just ate the chicken. Instead of fries I had 4 strawberries and a diet lemonade to drink.

The rest of the day I just had water.

I cleaned my house from top to bottom also completely cleaned out the garage.( if you have ever seen it you know that's alot. Moved some stuff around in my basement, just to move it back for the time being.

8pm- ate turkey with peppers onions carrots and broccoli mixed together a serving Alittle bit bigger than my fist. Drank water.

The rest of the night was giving Max a bath, playing with him and putting him to bed.

Still have dry mouth, and headache.

Day 1-

April 21st 2011

Weight: 156.

(Measured and weighed at the end of the day- will start doing it every morning at 9am when I take my pill)

-Schedule-
9am- Took my pill- on empty stomach like instructed.

10am- started to feel like I was having a pick-me-up. I notice I was typing faster and talking faster. Couldn't sit still so got up to clean.

11am- finished picking up my house(Kitchen-livingroom-etc).
Had feed my son, put him down.

12:30- showered and gotten ready for work, grabbed props felt kinda like I was crawling out of my skin.

1pm- ate for the first time all day. I ate a zaxbys salad, grilled.no dressing. Ate only the chicken. Four bites of salad and was completely full like I couldn't force myself to eat anymore. Drank water.


Mid afternoon I had a handful of nuts.

6:30- I ate a fist amount of ground beef because I wasn't even hungry. I then drank water.

-Complaints-
Headache: possibly because I quit drinking soda.
Gitters: felt like I could crawl out of my skin.

I have never always been very secure about my body. I have always thought I was to Fat, To wide, Just plain uncomfortable. After 2 years of  Marriage, 39 weeks of growing a baby I have gained a total of 40lbs. I'm ready to have my Pre Wife, Pre Mommy body back! So it starts......

April 20th 2011- I heard about a diet pill place close to my house, a few fellow moms have been talking about trying it and it caught my attention. When i brought it up to my mother she told me that she was on it last year when she dropped about 30lbs. I was very interested and nervous at the same time because I wasnt sure if it would mess with my bipolar but i decided to give it a shot.

I went in around 3pm in the afternoon. They have paper work for you to fill out with your medical information. If it is your first time they make you watch a small video about the program and a doctor will talk to you about diet, and what you can not take while taking the daily pills.

Shot: lipotropic ( i only got this because it was free with your first visit)

The Visit went very fast about an hour. They weight you,  take your blood pressure,see how tall you are and see if you BMI is high enough for you to actually get the pills. They will not give them to you if you do not need them. Within the hour i had seen the doctor, they gave me the shot and filled my perscription of the Phentermine while i was in the office..

After I left I picked up fatty foods, a Milkshake and Drank my last coke for a few months praying that sticking to the diet- and taking the pills would actually get me back to my old body!
