Down to my weekly goal. I wanted to be 139.9! I did even Better and made it to 138.2. This week I would like to get down to 135 but honestly with all the working out I've been doing I know i am building muscle and the number isn't that important. I just want to feel better about myself. This week hasn't only been about loosing its been about becoming healthier and being more aware of what I put into my body instead of just grabbing anything that would get the job done while on the go!
Kind of a short blog. Nothing really to say.
