Update:2/15/12

I am not suppose to update till Sunday but I do think that i might be getting on people's nerves with my constant Facebook updating about my weight loss and exercise. Sorry Guys lol.

Today is day 5! Unlike usual around a week I start to burn out and give up.. That is NOT the case this time around and I honestly believe its because I have a partner in crime. Lol. My mother and I have been tracking our food. Working our butts off *hopefully ;)* and not using "I'm sore" or "I'm tired" as an excuse! We try to motivate and encourage each other!!

Alright down to business!!

I've been on phentermine since Saturday. It isn't giving me a huge boost like last time but I'm kind of glad because sometimes the energy was to much.
I Drank my last soda on friday night! Haven't had one slip up :)
I've been tracking what I eat and trying to eat healthier besides well..... I ate taco bell... But IT WAS VALENTINES day! Can you believe there is over 700 calories in a chicken a cheese quesadilla and strawberry freeze drink? Seriously that's over half my calorie intake for a day... Sad thing is I can't say it was worth it... Because well it wasn't lol.

My mother and I also purchased Zumba two on the wii. When they said $40 we both looked at each other like the dude was insane but now that we've done it.... So worth the money! It actually pretty fun. The sad thing is I have white girl rhythm so yea it's not so pretty... My mom on the other hand knows how to shake what her momma gave her... I must have gotten my dads moves because well.. Sorry dad, you look like a fool too ;)

Sunday I gave myself a goal weight! This being a I would love to be ____ by Sunday. I wasn't holding my breath because it seemed nearly impossible but It's easier for me to set short weekly goals than to have a huge number that I want to loose in the long run. It can be very overwhelming.

My goal was to be in the 130s. I haven't seen the 130s probably in a little over 3 years... For my height that is horrible! Marriage and a baby sure do things to your body! I didn't care if I was at 139.9 I wanted to see that 3!!

Now here are my results as of 5 days into the program and routines!
