Let's get serious!

Alright, We all know I talk a lot of game about loosing and then get lazy! Well I am inspired! I am addicted to my friend Whitney's blog. Well a little more than addicted. I'm beyond envious of her progress and determination. (you creeped out yet Whit?) haha

Anyways, today is my last cheat day.
I have eaten a lot of junk and drank a lot of soda and will keep doing it until midnight! Then it's on!?!

This afternoon I went back to the place I use to go for weight loss. ( haven't been since may) took a lot for me to step up on the scale so afraid of after all the cheating this morning what it would say!

When I went in may

Weight: 150

Today

Weight: 145.2 (have been weighing in for the past two months at 144.2)

If you read back a few blogs I do believe I was 157-159 when I started. I can't really remember.

I have decided unlike last time I will actually follow the diet plan given to you and actually add exercise onto it .

Goal weight: 130


* I will update pictures as of tomorrow I will start my blog off on Saturday as I start the diet tomorrow. Also i will be doing weekly updates instead of everyday updates.*
